I got the chicken katsu. It wasn't too hot when I ate it and it was cooked very well. Probably one of my favorite places to eat.

I got the Vegetarian ramen and I really enjoyed the flavor of the mushroom and the egg and the soup flavor was not bland and the portions was a good size . Had seen some bad reviews and was scared to try but I had a good experience with the vegetarian ramen can’t say for any other .

TL;DR: Great, food-market ramen place. This is the type of ramen where if a friend asked for a recommendation, you would point them in Mashu Festival’s direction; but, you wouldn’t go out of your way to recommend.Specific Foods:Spicy Miso Ramen: 7.7/10Chicken/Vegetable Gyoza: 8/10General Wait Time for 1/2 dishes: 10-20 minutesGeneral Comments: The spicy ramen had the right kick. But, I love the heat, so I added some sriracha and that made the ramen even better. Parking is free for the first hour at Dairy Market. Another review mentioned wanting a ramen spoon instead of a regular spoon, and they had real, albeit plastic, ramen spoons when I went!Room For Improvement:1. I would love non-plastic options, but I understand it's a food market.

Both myself and husband got food poisoning from here this past weekend. Food was awful, but instead of complaining we tried to eat it as we didn’t want to make a fuss. Well we learned our lesson! Both of us were so sick the evening of and next day and this was only food we had that could have given us it. Do not recommend!

Tasty pork but the egg was too salty...that egg was almost inedible. The chicken broth was rich but still very porky. The noodles were very al dente. My ramen-obsessed 11 year old was satisfied.

Delicious Ramen - great flavored broth! Fast friendly service. Great boba and milk teas. Within Dairy Mart. Eat in or take out

Spicy miso ramen was solid, full of flavor. The boba tea was good and on the sweeter side.

I was really pleasantly surprised with the poke available here! The service is fast and the workers were very nice.Mashu festival is located in dairy market so there are plenty of places to sit and a lot of parking. Good for groups. I came on a Wednesday for lunch and ordered a poke bowl with tuna, salmon, rice, edamame, cucumber, mixed greens, mango and avocado. I got the house poke sauce and it was really good. The ingredients were simple, clean and the fish was VERY fresh. Very happy about this. The portion was huge. My only change was the mango and tbh the fish were both cut into pieces that were too large. The mango was also so cold it was almost frozen. Overall though all the other ingredients were solid and everything combined (tax tip fees) it was $20 for a large bowl. It's a solid choice and good, but not as much variety flavor or customization options as poke sushi bowl (my fav place in town). 3/5 id eat here again but it's a very no frills experience.

Pork steam buns were cold and chewy. I couldn't finish one bite. Plus the "pork belly" looks like frozen dinner turkey. Not crispy or even warm.

I had the worst pork I have ever eaten in my life. I couldn't even stomach one bite. Truly the worst bite of food I've ever had.

The ramen noodles were cooked down to a mush. Wasn't quite enough broth. The dish was bland, inauthentic. Like when I bought noodles from Kroger and cooked them in a canned stock, but I didn't pay $15 for that.

Big menu for a small place. We only had a snack but the dumplings were very good!

I had the vegetarian creamy ramen and the vegetable gyoza. The gyoza was good and the ramen was amazing!! I especially loved the shitakes and I added an extra egg. They were cooked perfectly! My companion got an order of the pork gyoza and he loved it! Perfection takes time though, so don't be in a big hurry when you go. It's worth the wait! Next time I want to try the Boba Tea.
