MASHU FESTIVAL Reviews
The salmon poke bowl was absolutely delicious and incredibly fresh. The mango and avocado were both perfectly ripe. The bubble tea is always good too, and not sickeningly sweet. Sometimes the boba can be a little hard in the center, though, and I wish it was just a bit more tender; then I'd give it 5 stars.
First time coming here today and wow it was delicious. I went for poke but ended up getting ramen due to the cold weather. The soft boiled eggs were prepared perfectly and the spice level was spot on.

Mashu Festival is a great food-market ramen place that serves flavorful dishes. The Vegetarian ramen is a highlight, with a good balance of flavors and a generous portion size. The Spicy Miso Ramen has the right kick, and the Chicken/Vegetable Gyoza is also a popular option. While some dishes may have slight drawbacks, such as salty eggs, the overall experience is satisfying. The restaurant provides plastic ramen spoons and offers free parking for the first hour.
