Went to Mc Donald's on Pantops In Charlottesville VA today. At 4:15pm. I got a S'mores McFlurry and DERRICK made it to perfection. MY NEW BESTIE 😂. Thanks Derrick for making my day after along day at work.

UPDATE 7-21-25 Stopped in for lunch I was running late so I did curbside never done it before. I put it in about 15 mins before I got there it didn't matter if it was cold it was going to be my dinner a couple of hours away after checking in on the app that I was there it took 20 more mins to get my order. I got around to dinner time and the 3 chicken tenders looked like someone forgot they was cooking them (burnt) the sauce I put on the app I wanted I didn't get and the FF had 0 salt on them and I asked for extra salt. I tried eating the tenders and 20 mins later I'm in the bathroom doing paperwork 🙄 never again will I order that guess I need to go here only on Saturday morning
Eat breakfast here almost every Saturday and lunch maybe one day a week (always nuggets 😋) The manager that works the window on Saturdays is always nice and friendly. I stopped by one Saturday and she wasn't working and I didn't get half of the stuff I ordered 🙄

Stopped to get coffee and 2 cheap sandwiches. 0 customers and a bunch of employees on a Friday morning, took 5 minutes before they took my order and another 18 minutes before they handed me my order; meanwhile people who ordered on the app walked in, guy served, and were out the door before I got my 3 items. Stop here if you have time to spare. People were kind.

I’ve been wanting to review this McDonald’s for a very long time. I have never been there where I have gotten hot fresh decent food. I wish I knew who owned that franchise so I could call them because it’s horrible. It is the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to it’s sad because there’s not many choices up here at the crossroads, but that McDonald’s is horrible. In every way I have never reviewed a place this harshly or bad. Do not waste your money. it’s expensive to eat out nowadays I went there for a fish sandwich, small fry and a small specialty drink $13. The fish sandwich was crusted and hard all the way around. I said no cheese it had cheese And the drink was bitter, but that happens every time I go there which is less and less, but every once in a while, I think well maybe I’m craving some french fries from McDonald’s maybe they’ll be fresh and good maybe 20% of the time you’ll get fresh french fries don’t ever order a fish sandwich because that’s been sitting under a heat lamp for Probably 24 hours. Whoever owns that franchise you need to pay attention. The only reason you’re making money is because there’s not much to choose from around this small area once it builds up and there’s more choices you might as well close I’m sorry, but this is so harsh. You need to do a lot of work to that McDonald’s and the company needs to know how horrible your franchisees.

They skipped us in line multiple times when it was our turn. Thats kinda shitty. Took forever to get service.
Bad service! I ordered my food online, it took them forever and my food arrived cold! And the i ordered cream for my coffee and they didn’t even bother pouring it in or put it in the bag.
