Waited 15 minutes before I had to ask the janitorial staff about cashiers. I was told to use the kiosk. Of course, I couldn't get the condiments menu to work properly. Maybe, just maybe, McDonald's might want to go back to using real people. As far as the rest of the survey, how can I answer since I didn't stay. All I wanted was a cup of coffee. A senior coffee at that.

This is consistently one of the worst fast food places I've ever been to. There's not a lot of options in this area, so occasionally I'll come by and forget how sad this place really is. Noone wants to help people inside and will deliberately make them selves non available or hidden. When you do eventually get your food... It's been about 50/50 if the order is correct, due to the amount of time spent waiting to begin with and not wanting confrontation I've ended up throwing out my food multiple times... This place is just sad... Stay away.
The only saving grace is the entertainment you get from people losing their patience and walking behind the counter to give people cups or yelling to get others attention.

It's IMPOSSIBLE to get the good, hot McDonald's fries anymore. I ordered some out of curiosity and was SO EXCITED!! They were crispy and hot and cooked all the way through. Delicious!!!

Went thur drive thur and messed up order go to door to fix order closed only drive thur open. Drive thur all the way around building so I didn't wait. Very disappointed. Employee service me coming with stuff shut the door.

My name is Max and I am a 90 lb Great Pyrenees. I was bribed to be good at my vet appointment and my mom and dad said we’d stop at McDonald’s on the way home. I was excellent, however my food was just simply missing when we got home. It was on the receipt - 2 cheeseburgers, no onions and 10 chicken nuggets…we paid $34 for the food but none of it was in the bag. The lady at the drive through window was super nice and asked my parents if I needed a water. I just wanted my food…. And my older sister.. a 120 lb Great Pyrenees was sad too. My parents ordered cokes and were given diet cokes. The whole experience is not what I agreed to before we went to the vet. Do better Micky-D’s…. Sadly, Max —the giant hungry puppy
