Great, homemade Honduran/Latin American food from a sweet lady. Super reasonable prices! Baleadas are great for breakfast or lunch, and are huge for only $3 each. The Pollo con tajadas is fantastic and fresh. I think they're open every day except Sundays.
Being that I work super close to this truck I frequent often. I have tried other taco trucks and this one BY FAR has the best pork tacos. Super juicy and bigger than the rest. The best part is it won't hurt your pockets, very budget friendly. The owner, well I think she's the owner, is super nice and will definitely make sure you leave happy and well fed.

Great Honduran Food The food is made to order and the selection, while simple, is filled with delicious, authentic options. I've had their Al Pastor tacos which were incredible. What's more, their baleadas are some of the best I've ever had. The tacos dorados are also a favorite of mine. The polo con tajadas was great, though I believe it could have been better. I've had better at El Ciruelo for sure! Check out this food truck! You'll find something tasty that you'll like.
