It annoys me when a chain restaurant just can't execute on their own plan. If you tell me to take a number and sit down for my food and then make me walk up and take a takeout bag back to my seat, why offer that service in the first place?

Very rude, got our order in 30 mins. While everyone else got theirs. Manager was very rude. Other people were returning their orders because they got them wrong. I would not recommend this McDonald's.

One thing I do know how to do very well is have great customer service. You have a girl working the window that obviously was unhappy with her job and neither could she count. If you she was paying attention the same dime she said I was missing she gave me right back. As for the manager at the second window if you speak to someone don’t tell them whether they spoke to you or not. You should always be mindful of what people may be going through. But McDonalds does not know how to provide professional management skills. Greet your people and if they speak cool and if not also cool. It shouldn’t stop anything.
I have ordered the last three times being there the French fries were ice cold. Soggy with grease rolling off them been like they just took them right out of a cold grease pan. I got a quarter pound of the last time went there. They put a regular cheeseburger on my quarter pound bun. This place is terrible my advice do not patronize this restaurant whatsoever hours they do care about the quality of the food they serve it just terrible cold fries putting a reg patty on a Quarter pounder bun this is third time . I have received service from McDonald’s right across from Fashion Square, Mall my advice don’t patronize them Avoid them
