One thing I do know how to do very well is have great customer service. You have a girl working the window that obviously was unhappy with her job and neither could she count. If you she was paying attention the same dime she said I was missing she gave me right back. I've had an occasional problem here with orders but overall things usually go well. There's been some really good employees who handled drive-thru orders over the last four years. One issue at times is when the drive-thru lane gets backed up and it can be difficult making the turn to get to the restaurant and then avoid blocking cars that want to exit.
