Once past the entryway, we found everything just great. As soon as our heads appeared at the top of the staircase someone behind noticed and greeted us. Another young lady seated us. We had the privilege of being nearly the only customers there, and it was great. The waitress who seated us was *very* attentive without being obnoxious. Nice neighborhood taproom, suitable for a meal or just sitting around with friends having a few brews. Menu offers typical pub fare, though I warn you away from the BLT, way too greasy.

I've been to Michael's many times over the years. It's one of the few places on the corner that is quiet enough to have a nice dinner with family or on a date. I love that they try to source their meats locally and have rotating taps of different local beers. I highly recommend this place!
