Ordered famous shrimp and grits which was nicely prepared and very tasty although smaller than expected for price charged. Bar was clean and lots of tv’s to watch. Service was just ok, left waiting for check quite a while after finished eating and didn’t get any service after food was delivered.

The crispy potatoes were surprisingly yummy. The only reason I’m knocking off 2 stars is due to service. We sat down… awkwardly waited for way too long as servers walked by… and then a very kind one sort of stopped, profusely apologized for us sitting so long, and went to find out who our server was. Awkwardly sat for another long amount of time…. Met our server (finally! I was about to go to CFA. She was friendly at least.) Awkwardly sat there for a long amount of time...

Had a great experience at Milk & Honey in Charlottesville, and a big part of that was our server Ethan. He was incredibly attentive, friendly, and made sure everything came out just right. He checked in at the perfect times without being overbearing and had such a positive attitude the entire time.

Customer service like that really makes a difference in the overall dining experience. If you stop by, definitely ask for Ethan—he’ll take great care of you!...
