Eaten here before and the food this visit was not like the other visits. It was late so they ran out of curry so didn’t get my usual katsu curry. Opted for the teriyaki chicken. Chicken was lukewarm, knew when I grabbed the container I would need to microwave when I got home. Not that big of a deal.
The side mac salad had no taste; just macaroni and mayonnaise. Didn’t taste like that on past visits.

This is one of my favorite go to spots in Charlottesville! I always get tonkatsu chicken with spicy green beans, Mac salad, side of sashimi, and a spam musubi. For $20 this lasts me two meals and it is soooo good. I appreciate the fresh ingredients and the number of quality veggie options. Truly some of the best sashimi in town!

Very fast service, straight forward authentic food, fresh and crunchy breaded pork <3 thank you guys! Also, my colleague is obssessed with your drinks and says some of them are only available online or in your shop so thought I'd plug that in here for her (I think it's some sort of tropical fruit juice)
