Probably the best avocado toast I have ever tried and I’ve tried so many!!! It’s just loaded with flavors and I can’t get enough. The biscuit is good too but the toast is just phenomenal.

Sunday brunch is crowded. While we were in no rush, it did take 15 minutes before a server took our drink orders and by that time we placed our full order. It took another 15 minutes before our coffee drinks arrived. I ordered the chicken and biscuits over my usual eggs benedict but didn't expect the biscuits to be deep-fried bread ... almost like croutons and the chicken was more fried batter than chicken. My wife and daughter very much enjoyed their dishes, one was the pimento BLT. Don't recall the other.

Stayed at the hotel made reservations online for 10:45am. Was told the system should that have allowed us to book that by a rude server. This ensures I will never stay at this property again. Maybe work on your service smidge. I’ll ensure the hotel is well aware of my experience.

Food was super yummy. It's located in what looks to be a redone home which I enjoyed the vibes of! I think it's a park of a hotel complex? Parking is taken off of your bill once you show that you paid. I also love how helpful my server was, I forgot her name :(

Absolutely love this place for brunch. My one request would be more gluten free options!

Stayed at the Oakhurst Inn during a road trip. The cafe was right outside the parking garage we parked and has 2 electric car chargers. There was a great variety of brunch vibes that hit the spot. Lots of locals just having coffee and many university meetings over some good food. Lots of natural sunlight as well! I've been on a crispy Brussel sprout obsession since I've been here. Great spot for breakfast if you're in town!

The food and my quad mocha were excellent! Service was great, kind of loud when we got there since it was full but that's understandable. My mom and I really enjoyed our brunch and it was a great atmosphere for lovely conversation!

We had a delicious Sunday brunch - the servers were personable, friendly, kind and helpful. The food was outstanding both in presentation and preparation. The beverages - especially the coffees - were a work of art! Definitely a gem of a place. We'll definitely be back! Only negative was the uncomfortable bench seating in the dining room. Sure could have used a cushion!!

I’ve had bunch at a lot of places in Charlottesville and this is one of the best (there are only a few). The coffee was served pipping hot and delicious. The food was well prepared and presented. I ordered the Sweet Potato Hash. Each ingredient was perfectly cooked. The sweet potatoes were roasted with caramelized edges. The brussel sprouts were crispy but not burned. The poached eggs was runny and the sausage was well spiced. Excellent brunch location.

Came in for a rainy Sunday brunch for 2 shortly after 1pm. I have had tough times here trying for a table on a weekday without a reservation, but this time knowing the UVA crowd was off for break and coming in with only an hour left for brunch service helped. Was seated fairly quickly and enjoyed a delicious meal with friendly and thoughtful service. Our table managed to get the last pork belly benedict, and as someone with a deep love for pork I have to say that it was outstanding. Will be coming again, either with opportune timing or a reservation. One note: I had a falafel sandwich here back in Fall '19 and would love to see that on the menu again!

Not great. We gave up after multiple attempts of trying to give this place a chance. Mediocre food and inefficient service. The servers run around like chickens with their heads cut off and don’t seem to have a clue about how to prioritize greeting customers, getting orders, filling waters, running food, bringing checks, etc. We had reservations and sat at our table for 20 minutes before giving up—never received water or got the coffee that one person at the table ordered. It’s truly a great location and the food has potential but even with reservations it’s a chaotic and unorganized experience.

We had a reservation, was a normal crowd. Staff was friendly and attentive but it took almost an hour to get our food. Chicken and biscuits were over fried .. weird that the biscuits were deep fried too. Underwhelming and not worth the wait. Surprising this place even requires reservations

Wow, another fabulous breakfast at Oakhurst! Great service, 5-star food and a beautiful setting in Charlottesville! Only suggestion is to make sure you have a reservation-particularly busy University of Virginia weekends!

Understaffed on a Sunday brunch. The food was good overall but the eggs on my Shakshuka were way overdone. Great service.
