Otto Turkish Street Food

We brought Otto's to Richmond to cater a Board of Director's dinner for approx 40 guests. From start to finish they were wonderful to work with. All of my communications with them were through email and Ali was very quick and thorough in his responses. I asked him to make recommendations and the menu he planned out for our buffet style dinner was perfect. Our guests were from all over the world but to say that every guest loved the food would be an understatement. It was a huge success! The three Otto's staff members that set up/served were also wonderful. Punctual, professional, kind, expressed a strong desire to please get everything perfect, and VERY hard working. They never paused for a moment. I would use Otto's for catering again in a heartbeat! ...and most likely will soon!

Head over heals in love with this place. Eating here made me daydream about moving to Charlottesville. This place is in the sweet spot of way better than your average kebab joint without white-tablecloth price tags or stuffiness. Hope I make it back to Cville so I can eat here again.

Otto Eats catered our 75-person wedding in June 2025, and we recommend them in the strongest terms! We had a difficult time choosing a caterer since we were looking for something to fit both our budget and our larger vision for the role food would play at our wedding, and many of the other options we tried failed to stand out. All it took was experiencing Ali’s hospitality and incredible food during our tasting to make it clear we had found that special vendor we were hoping for. Throughout the planning process, Ali was extremely fast and detailed in communicating with us whenever we had questions or needed to make adjustments. On the big day itself, the Otto Eats team brought their food truck and arrived early to set up. The food was fresh and delicious, from cocktail hour appetizers, to the main dinner buffet, dessert and into the late night snack. We also used their bartending service and they did an excellent job keeping the drinks flowing throughout the night. The entire team was professional, kind, and helped make sure everything ran smoothly. We really feel they went above and beyond, not just providing great food but also serving our guests like family. We are incredibly grateful to the Otto Eats team for being a part of our celebration, and we can’t wait to visit their restaurant for many anniversaries to come!

Friendly, fast and delicious! The pocket Falaway was fresh and filling and the atmosphere was bright, fun and the garage doors were rolled up for an open air space.

Otto's recently catered our wedding of 125 people and absolutely knocked it out of the park. Ali and his team couldn't have been more helpful and professional. They were so easy to communicate with, so thorough in their planning and worked seamlessly with the venue to provide an unforgettable experience for us. Our guests raved about their food, and we were fortunate to go home with leftovers that still taste great. A testament to Ali and the business: we ran out of Tzatziki sauce and stopped by. He remembered us instantly and hooked us up without hesitating. 100000% would choose them again, but we're only getting married once haha. Worth every cent, and affordable in the oh-so-expensive wedding industry. Thanks, Ali!

Amazing food, even BETTER service! The guys working here are so incredibly nice and the food is to die for. They have meat but this place is a vegetarians dream. When we come back to the area we will absolutely eat here again!
