So happy to have this spot. The owners, Bernardo and Lucrecia, are super friendly and really care about the place and the people who come in.The coffee and breakfast and lunch food is delicious. go!!
My husband and I enjoyed lunch here today for the first time and highly recommend this small family operated and friendly Mexican restaurant with numerous fresh and homemade options to customize and built your own plate. Access from the downtown mall or from Water Street. Good wine, beer and soft drink choices. Planning to return soon!
Two weeks ago a friend and I visited the Charlottesville Downtown Mall and had dinner at Sombrero’s. The food was delicious and the service was outstanding. It is a family run business and they were super friendly and solicitous. Cozy atmosphere. We really enjoyed the chicken quesadillas with Mexican rice and roasted corn and the strawberry lemonade! Will definitely return.
