This place is pretty good overall. We have had a couple of not-so-great experiences here. Management is responsive. However, it would be nice if a person didn't have to involve the management to get things right the first time.

Our server Alexis was the best server I have had in a very long time!! She was a lot of fun and very helpful.
The manager on duty was also very helpful fixing a problem i had with a coupon.
We also believe that our server is a better server than her fiance, Carlos!

Upon arrival around 3 pm on Saturday Nov 15, the place was rather quiet – a sprinkling of customers. We like this time at restaurants – before they get too busy. I ordered a ginger ale with no ice (my usual) and hubby ordered a coca-cola (his usual). Both tasted as expected. For the appetizer, we got the Ultimate Trio with boomerang-shaped mozzarella sticks, bloomin’ onion petals, and loaded fries – MMMMMM, GREAT!!! That was a most-scrumptious, delicious appetizer!
