My Chicken Roma Asiago Bagel Stack sandwich was good, but it didn't look as great as it did on TV. I was expecting more flavor, but the Green Goddess dressing was good. I probably would have asked for some extra, though. I'm thinking I should have put some Himalayan pink salt and pepper on the sandwich when I got home. They say they put salt and pepper on the sandwich, but it didn'tlook like it or taste like it to me. Also, I think a better cheese choice on the sandwich would be a slice of Asiago cheese (instead of fresh mozzarella, which doesn't have much flavor). I'm thinking they should match the sliced cheese with what is used for the bagel! I didn't taste any garlic aioli drizzle (I LOVE garlic aioli at Wawa - can surely taste it on my food; and I'm definitely not being paid to endorse Wawa, lol!!)

I give this new sandwich a 3 out of 5 - just my opinion.

As for my son, he ordered the Asian Sesame salad with chicken. Not only did he say it wasn't filling, he gave it a 2 out of 5. He said there wasn't enough dressing, and he was definitely disappointed with the ingredients. If you're expecting the more traditional elements of an Asian Sesame salad, then you'll likely be disappointed, too. There's no green or purple cabbage. They use almonds instead of cashews or peanuts, and there's no ginger in the dressing; no celery, green onion, or carrots in the salad either. So we're surprised that Panera is calling this salad an Asian Sesame salad - see the photos.

Sufficed to say that for paying more than $31.23 (see the receipt photo), we were disappointed. Could have spent less elsewhere and got fresh ingredients but more flavor. :-(

On the positive side, the potato chips were good - 4 out of 5. But as for the 'chunk' of french baguette that they include with the salad...if you enjoy cold, slightly hard and tough bread, then this is the bread for you. But if you prefer warm, soft, buttered bread that you can eat right away with your meal, then like us, this isn't the place for you.

Kid-friendliness: Panera is kid friendly

It took over 30 minutes to get our food when we placed a mobile order. The people there were pretty rude and talked about my name being weird right in front of me. Not that it matters really but just rude. Not to mention they were doing things that violated food safety like touching inside of cups with their bare hands and putting receipts inside the cups.

Ordered “you pick two”. No baguette or chips available, only apples. Also took a long time to complete my order with not too many other customers.

A sandwich, Mac and cheese, and drink for $30. The sandwich was inedible and 90% bread. Panera remains one of the worst rated food chains I have experienced. Overpriced, underwhelming, long wait. I thought trying it for my third time, it might have improved.

I have been to this Panera a handful of times now. This time, I walk in and try to order in the tablet and the rewards don’t apply to the order properly. I went up to the counter instead and the young lady who helped us was nice. However, when ordering (it’s 7pm and they close at 9), they have no bread out, no sides available (except an apple), and all of the tables have some sort of leftover food bits on them. One still had dishes. We get our orders and the sandwich is jumbled together and the Mac and cheese is like cheese soup with some macaroni. I did food service for 4 years and I try not to complain but whoever is checking the quality of this particular Panera needs to do better.

Ordered French onion super just regular way, got it to go, got to where I was going only to find 0 croutons and maybe a pinch of cheese. At least the soup was warm.

I had the pleasure of being served by Daniel, Sunday afternoon he was very kind respectful and made sure we were served properly! He is the sole reason my first Panera bread experience is 5 stars ⭐

Awful. We came in for lunch at 1:30. We stood at the counter for almost 10 minutes and no one even came to help us. We attended to order on the station we had questions. Then two more customers came in and were helped before us. We left.

The staff here are some of the kindest people, going above and beyond especially for their regular customers. The food quality varies a little bit honestly the atmosphere makes up for it!
