Ordered free breadsticks from a school incentive coupon. Do not give out these coupons. This is leftover flavorless garbage. To the teachers who gave out the coupons, thank you for your efforts. Papa John's shame on you ! All remaining coupons have been thrown in the trash..

Papa Johns driver cut me off at the corner of Altavista and Monticello Ave running me off the road. Thankfully I've never ordered pizza from them and I never will consider it again. Worst driver I've ever seen.

Especially this location they don’t even deserve one star, they are very rude and mean! They don’t wanna answer even for simple questions, kind of busy pizza store in the USA.

Ordered a pizza online through web site arrived at store . Drove in from 15 miles. Was told not ordered. Showed employee debit from bank . Very shortly was told call customer service without provide said number. Would not help . Been a nurse for 35 years… Know how to help people. Suggest the employee is educated or develops some empathy for her customers!

I ordered a pizza at 1:15. At 1:30 it said that the pizza would be ready. I began calling the store at 2:00 because it still hadnt even began to be delivered. No answer. 6 times. No answer. I get in the car. Drive towards papa johns to pick up the pizza i paid extra to have delivered. Call an additional 2 times. No answer. I get over half way there and it says my order is on the way. I turn around. I get home. Its now been an hpur and a half since i order the pizza, an hour since the order was done being prepared and half an hour since i was told it was on the way. I wasnt going to blame the driver. I was going to blame the manager. But at this point i blame everyone in that store. I want a refund. I am STILL waiting for the pizza.

After 15 years of delivery PapaJohns has decided they will no longer deliver to our home in the 22901 area code. They claim this neighborhood is dangerous with frequent muggings. Myself and neighbors are all unaware of any sort of crime, including muggings, anywhere near our homes. We have contacted the police asking for their take on our area. If it is dangerous, (I do not think this is true) what’s being done to correct this? We have also asked them to update our PJ’s if they are indeed misinformed. Maybe we’ll have PJ’s pizza again, maybe not.

I ordered online for delivery. Delivery driver TEXTED delivery is here. Mike (delivery driver) left with my food without calling or ringing our doorbell!! Waking up from a 12hr shift I’m livid. Called store and requested a refund.
