I was in the pasta aisle of giant and came across this pasta. I picked it up without reading..... if it catches my eye I don't even think twice. Not until after I put the pasta in the boiling water and then decide to read the packaging, I seen plant based. I didn't know they even had more noodles types and different flavors until I googled the brand. I discovered this pasta on the bottom shelf, lower left corner of my Kroger pasta section...what a great find; the flavor and texture are spot on. I have the water on now to boil up some Spinach Fettuccine.
I LOVE this pasta. I moved away from Charlottesville and was scared I would never have it again. So relieved they deliver out of state. Haven’t bought any other brand of pasta since falling head over heels for valente. Love love love.
