A Haitian inspired Caribbean lunch spot, that brings unique flavors to Charlottesville. I definitely recommend Pearl Island.

This surprised me. Oxtail just fell off the bone, it was that tender. And they used the big ones! Unheard of. Delicious meal.

Pearl Island catered our wedding back in October 2023. Leading up to the event commutation was very easy and straightforward. The staff that worked the event added a wonderful upbeat energy to the day, and seriously impressed us with their abilities. Our friends and family are still raving about the food. The food is good. It was hot not cold like some places and it reminds me of home. It’s a nice comfort food zone. Highly recommend it my second time here and I will come back again. Enjoyed it!

Delicious food, but the restaurant can be a little difficult to locate. Just look for signs/ banners when you get close.
