Am such a picky eater that I usually refuse deli sandwiches unless I can make them myself. But Potbelly has changed that. The Charlottesville location makes a delicious sandwich. I enjoy the turkey avo and like the fact that they offer sweetened and unsweetened iced tea, plus the best oatmeal chocolate chip cookie you will find outside of your own kitchen. Yumm. Thank you!
The food was pretty decent but the customer service was trash. My husband ordered a combo and the “manager?” Told him the drink machine was down. He told her no big deal..could he order a milkshake as an upgrade. She would not understand what he was asking to do. Then as I returned to the lobby to clean a drink I had spilled, I overheard her calling him stupid because she couldn’t understand his question.
I was waiting on my train down from here and decided to go get a drink and maybe some food. Came in and got me a drink and the guy working said we closing at 3 is that fine. I was good with that!! The drink was fare
