Dec 4th. Started off great, ordered our food and sat down. When the food came, my order was wrong. Ordered 2 Texas toast and fries with 2 things of canes sauce. Only got one toast, one sauce and my fries. My boyfriend goes up to fix it, comes back with order and I end up with toast and an order of fries we didn’t ask for. So I go up to ask about it and they sit there and call me a liar, it took me showing them my food to believe that it was wrong. They give me an extra sauce but that’s when my boyfriend saw they CHARGED HIM for the fries we DIDNT ASK FOR. The workers becomes extremely rude, talked behind my boyfriends back on the phone saying “this man is trying to accuse me of not doing my job right”. Wont be going to this canes location again. Horrible staff. The fries they charged my boyfriend for also tasted like rancid oil.

We got tender meals all the food was piping hot and super fresh and customer service was top notch. The young lady kept checking on us and gave my grandson a brand new Santa hat with canes logo. Fast great service. Omg the food so good too. Went there all the way from harrisonburg and came back home but weel worth the trip and beautiful scenery on the way there over the mountain. Thank you canes

We were disappointed with the food. We ordered 2 of the caniac combos and one of the box combo. In one of the to go boxes, the chicken was chewy and not fully cooked. The portions are very small. Do not go by the pictures of the chicken strips. They’re about half the size you see on the pictures on their menu. The fries were cold as well. We ordered hot sauce and ketchup and we did not receive that in our order. We also didn’t get any straws for our drinks. We paid about $54.00 for our order and it was not worth the money at all. I highly recommend you go somewhere else to eat.
As far as atmosphere, it’s a little sketchy and had a couple of questionable people hang around the parking lot. Do what you please with that information.

I was disappointed with my last few visit to Raising Cane’s. Although the food and service is typically reliable, this last few times I have been there the experience fell short of expectations. The service was noticeably slow, and the staff seemed disengaged and uninterested in assisting with customers. My order took longer than expected, the restaurant wasn’t clean, and the lack of attentiveness from staff made the visit overall frustrating rather than enjoyable.

Food was awesome (as always), service was fast, sauce was on point, and Jazmine (Jasmine?) up front went above and beyond to help me out with random questions about Charlottesville. She should be promoted!

We love going here as there aren't any at home but the parking situation was so stupid that I won't go to this location again. One side entrance and the other exit, cool, except the drive through exit is on the entrance side and human beings think that if you are in a parking lot that lanes are a suggestion and would pull out in the middle, and there was a decent amount of traffic there too.

So I'll support the chain but not this location. Food was good as always though

Best chicken fastfood

If you’re craving deep-fried grease, this is your spot. Everything tastes the same — oily and heavy — and you end up feeling like you drank the fryer by the time you’re done. Definitely not worth the hype.
