We had an amazing experience with Red Hub Catering. They provided our cocktail hour food, reception buffet, cutting cake, bartending service, and Sunday brunch. The food and service were impeccable. For bartending service, Red Hub provided the bar set up and mixers, but allowed us to provide our own alcohol which is uncommon among catering vendors. Red Hub generated a custom menu for our reception that consisted of a nacho bar for cocktail hour followed by a taco buffet for dinner....
Red Hub was absolutely delicious! We had pulled pork and roast chicken (which were great) but the real hit was the mashed potatoes, which were incredible. We liked the variety in the menu and their partnership with Farm Bell gave us a lot of options (everything we tried was delicious, even the things that didn’t make our menu). We also used them for bartending and were very happy with the service they provided, even with complicated signature drinks.
Red Hub just catered our wedding and made the experience unbelievable !!! People are still talking about the food. My husband and I asked for BBQ sauces at each table and they obliged. The service was outstanding and the food was unbelievable- if I could give it 100 starts I would !!!!!
