This is a great spot, both in location, food, and service quality! My husband and I were seated at the terrace bar, which had a lovely view of the Paramount Theater. Our server Bella was so sweet and attentive! I got a spritz, negroni, and manicotti, and while the drinks came out quickly, the manicotti took much longer to arrive. We had a great time at Sal's for our anniversary dinner! Walking the downtown mall and the plan was to eat wherever smelled and looked the best - Sal's was it! Patio was busy yet we where able to be seated right away. Espresso martinis where a great start, some Chianti, fried mozz, and two pasta dishes rounded out the evening - everything was delicious! The server let us take our time and enjoy the evening, everything was lovely.
Fantastic Italian bistro with delicious food and authentic charm. We loved the meatballs in particular, and the chicken parmigiana, Caesar salad, and pink lady pasta were all big hits. Only miss was the garlic bread, which was not bad, just not at all garlicky. We will be back!
