Food was excellent. If you are going to charge for a bread basket that is the way to do it. Amazing. Chicken and shrimp perfectly cooked. Service was meh. Our server was also the bartended and never checked on food once it was dropped. My drink frequently sat empty (so much so that other servers filled it with pity). I was ready to cash out and get the check and my card sat on the table for over 10 minutes with our dishes done.
Great place! We ate here for lunch two days in a row while attending a UVA graduation. The food and drinks were awesome, along with the atmosphere. Our servers were excellent and on the ball with our drinks for a table of 7. I absolutely recommend stopping in for a meal and some drinks.
Went there on Mother's Day. It was busy but the service and food were very good. Didn't have to wait long even though the place was full. I had the shrimp and grits and I would have it again.
