Excellent food and service. Never disappoints. Try the cheese curds. Prepared perfectly and made a nice side with the Buffalo chicken wrap. Will definitely visit again and again.
Couldn’t be any happier with our food, service and the Big John Beer!
Our table had the buffalo chicken wraps and hot honey sandwiches.. AMAZING. 👌🏽👌🏽👌🏽
Our kids all had chicken strips and side salads. They raved and said “Mom, Dad- 10/10 food”.
Kids and adults all happy is a win, win! Thanks so much. We will be back next time we’re in Charlottesville

This place rocks. Great beer selection and the wings were amazing. The bartender also rocked and did shots of Jack with us.
Very good brewery. They have a solid mix of beer and a cask option. The bartenders were friendly and attentive. The pretzel was giant and the spicy buffalo sauce was good too. Everyone seemed happy working there. I'd be back for sure.
Stopped in for some drinks midday and was not disappointed. The beers were amazing, service was attentive.
Came here for dinner on a Saturday night, it was absolutely slammed, they apparently had two different parties of 20+ people, but we luckily got a table quickly. Our server, Jacob, was very attentive and came by several times to check on us, which we appreciated. I got the hot honey chicken sandwich and was very impressed with it, my wife got a burger and also liked it a lot. There was a constant flow of fried pickles coming from the kitchen so I wish I would have gotten those, they looked fantastic. They had a good selection of wine from local wineries, which we appreciated. Overall our expectations were way exceeded and we will be back!
Great service, AMAZING food, Logan was a wonderful server! Will be back for sure!
Beer excellent. Vibes on point. Fish & chips slapped. Boneless wings below average.
The new chicken tender plate is a real sight to behold. It is nothing short of remarkable.
I happened to be staying around the corner for work, and South Street Brewery was just a quick walk away, I was very impressed with the food and the service the first night, so I went back the next two nights and had great food each time. Fish and chips tonight, with Caribbean jerk wings, Steak Frites yesterday, and a special Cuban style sandwich the first night. All the beers were great, but I really liked the Brine and Dine Me pickle juice sour.

My favorite place to go with friends in Charlottesville!
Really cool place. It was really cold when we went and the fireplace was an added bonus. The atmosphere is great and the food was really good and reasonably priced. Lots of football on TV and the beer I got was good.

Best bar food menu, ever. Boneless wings are what dreams are made of. Great burgers, chicken, salads, and brunch is SO good. Beer and bloody marys are also yummy. Wouldn’t spent NFL Sunday afternoons anywhere else in C’ville
