Very slow service. I only ever order plain drip coffee and most Starbucks locations, the cashier will pour you the coffee as you pay. Super easy, in and out. This location I’ve been to a couple of times and I have to wait through everyone’s espresso orders before a barista finally pours my drip coffee. I stopped coming here altogether unless my girlfriend wants to go.

This place is good the staff for the most part gives great service. The problems involve 1- the ridiculous drive-through, which is not Starbucks fault but probably the Albemarle county traffic engineer makes you drive around the building twice in order to order whatever theory they’re using. It’s ridiculous. 2- The roads as you leave the Starbucks make it difficult for you to turn left for some nonsense reason and 3- the Starbucks food wherever you are in the world is sort...

This Starbucks stepped their game up a lot in the last six months. Idk what they did, maybe a change of management but whatever it is it’s working well. Nothing like a custom drink made correctly. Thanks guys
