Had the best experience today. I accidentally ordered from the wrong store this morning and the manager made my drinks for me at no charge even though I offered to pay again. They always write little notes that make you smile when needed. The batista are always smiling and talking to customers. It is a big change from a couple of years ago. I wouldn't have even walked into the door two years ago.
Very slow service. I only ever order plain drip coffee and most Starbucks locations, the cashier will pour you the coffee as you pay. Super easy, in and out. This location I’ve been to a couple of times and I have to wait through everyone’s espresso orders before a barista finally pours my drip coffee. I stopped coming here altogether unless my girlfriend wants to go.

They brew their coffee well there and their coffee drinks are very balanced. Out of all the starbucks around here, their drinks consistently come out the best. I would make the extra 10 minute trip to visit this one.
