I walked into the store at 6pm. I was greeted with the BIGGEST eye roll paired with hands thrown in the air by one of the girls working. She was mopping the store with all of the stairs stacked on tables, even though they do not close until 8pm. When I asked her if they were closing, she told me they were “preparing” to close. I would not recommend anyone go to this location.

Every time I come to this Starbucks I find that customers are an inconvenience to the employees here. I typically go to other Starbucks but stop here in a pinch. This is the 3rd time I’ve been where I’ve felt not wanting to purchase from Starbucks anymore. This time though really pushed me to write a review. The drive thru employee was dismissive to what I had ordered and it was clear I was inconveniencing her. When I got to the window to pay she wouldn’t even look at me. She handed me my coffee and said “here you go” in a rude manner. I said thank you and she still wouldn’t even bother looking at me. The whole encounter was uncomfortable. I won’t be back to this Starbucks location, even if it is more convenient. I’d rather drive the extra miles for better customer service.

This location provided the fastest service of any of the other locations in Charlottesville. My Honey Citrus Mint tea was perfectly made , and the dining room was spotless . This made a great first impression . I will return the next time I’m in Charlottesville.

Great store, super friendly staff, the new manager has really turned this store into a great coffee place.Plus clean restrooms
This is my normal Starbucks Location other than the drive through only. But recently in the past few weeks the customer service has been terrible. The baristas are always so nice and make the perfect caramel macchiato!! But when I go through the drive-thru the manager, I believe her name is Shannon, is incredibly rude. Rushing me with my order, rushing me out of the window and overall just having a nasty attitude. This is has been on ongoing issue with this location. Once again the baristas and drinks are GREAT but the the managers customer service skills are awful. Will not be returning, and will DEFINITELY be calling corporate!

We had three great drinks here...was a little slower pace inside then what I'm use to so it was a nice day so of course we sat outside....the breeze was nice sipping our cool iced drinks under the umbrellas...my husband isn't one for the chill atmosphere of Starbucks but on that day it was a perfect set up...highly recommend this Starbucks on a refreshing day with a iced cold refreshing drink!
