This place has the first donuts that I've really enjoyed wholeheartedly. They taste good, have the right texture, and don't make me feel bad to eat. Plus, they are friendly and helpful!
My first time here! We heard about it- and finally made it here to try it! Everything was great! We really loved the burgers and can't wait to come back again-we also really enjoyed the waffle fries with the white cheddar topping the staff was super friendly and explained things to us, which we appreciated! They also have parking here in front.

Since Spudnuts left town Charlottesville needed a good donut shop. Well sugar shack filled the void with some of the best donuts I have ever had. Luther burger is in the back and they serve delicious burgers and fries. They have several vegan options and even a coffee shop that rivals Starbucks! If you are feeling adventurous get a Luther burger. This monster is a burger with two glazed donuts for the buns.
