Born and raised in San Diego so ya girl knows some good mexi. I've been in VA for about 6 years now. DC area and now central VA. This is the best taco spot I have found! It's sooo good! Literally, Everything! From the chips and tortillas to the meat and the salsas. I am a huge salsa person. Their red is so spicy and the green is perfect. Guac, beans, and rice are also on point. It's literally to die for. Thank you Tacos Gomez. I feel at home now. 🤗
I can't compliment this place enough. If you're looking for authentic Mexican food from loving and kind Mexican people, this is the place to be ! Birria Quesadillas or to die for if you get three of them, it comes with birria consuma (sauce). They also have the best green salsa and red salsa I have ever had at any place made in house. The red salsa is a bit on the spicy side, so if you're not a fan of spice be careful. The beef cheek is also some of the best beef...
Hands down, best tacos in town. Legit. You can get cabeza, lengua, and your traditional cuts here. If you're lucky you'll get there when they have Bachata on the speakers.
