Our group of four visited The Bebedero early on New Year's Eve, before a show at The Jefferson Theater. While the food and our Server were world-class, the initial greeting (or lack thereof) nearly spoiled the evening. The restaurant itself is a gem—cozy, laid-back, and filled with stunning original artwork by the Owner. Our waiter, William (I think this is his name!), was the absolute highlight of the service. He was personable, engaging, and gave us excellent recommendations....
Fantastic experience. Very festive and humming – we had an 8:30 reservation and had the last table. There was a DJ setting up for Latin dancing around 10 PM but we had no trouble hearing each other. Our waitress was spot on with her recs – we shared the minichangas and esquites apps and enchiladas suizas. Everything was prompt, warm and delicious - seasoned beautifully with just a little bit of heat.  We also enjoyed our cocktails – kiss me through the foam was...
Sat at the bar and had the Kiss me through the foam drink, which was tasty and satisfying, a grande margarita, ceviche, empanadas, enchiladas suizuas. Food was better than I remembered—quality was high, flavor combinations on standard dishes were inventive and honestly, I was licking my plate. Presentation was very appealing. Well done kitchen! Had been there a few other times but this was most memorable.
