They no longer allow you to smoke cigs (even in open space) however you can smoke vapes. Not a fan of this new change.

Shiiiiieeeet, I'll be damned, now that's a bar if I've ever seen one. Thought I was trippin because I saw a goat behind the bar but once I sobered up just realized it was my boy Emmanuel ? Man can that boy tend the bar!! I was the first one there I felt like Will Smith in I am Legend, even felt like a legend after those drinks Emmaneul was giving me, boy does he care about his clients and ill be damned if he's not the best man at my wedding!!

This place is despicable! Nothing but a bunch of drunks wasting their miserable lives while playing insanely loud music that everybody in the neighborhood can hear. Despite the numerous noise ordinance violation complaints The Biltmore still continues to play their loud music and doesn't give a rip about the people who live around them. For the sake of me and the countless other people who live in the neighborhood around The Biltmore and have to suffer from their loud music invading our apartments, DO NOT SUPPORT THESE PEOPLE!!!

Pleasant place for anyone visit the college. We ordered chicken tender, cheesesteak, and turkey bacon sub. Fresh cooked. Unexpected delicious. I give it 4 stars only because it doesn’t have vegetables.

Once carried a girl on my back here, but fell over cause I was drunk. Accounts for the cut on my face, but you know didn’t get medical attention. Used to not having it.Was a fun night! Got a picture of piggy backing her later that week. My face healed faster but probably needed stitches. Heh, heh, heh

Went with some friends after a bachelorette party. It's normally a bit busier but this particular Saturday evening was extremely cold. The service is normally great but they have truly stepped it up recently. Will was the bartender for the evening and he was phenomenal! 10/10 recommend the lemon drop with peach shot he made when asked to surprise us with the next drink choice.We stayed until last call and the restrooms were clean and supplied the entire time. Parking (paid) is right next door. As a small group of women it felt safe and secure but it has always felt that way. The same can't be said for some spots on the downtown mall or corner.Drinks are reasonably priced, music is solid and there is enough space to spread out a bit.
The Biltmore was recommended to us by an alumni of UVA who attended in the 90's. The food is typical of a college bar- quick, tasty, and filing after a few too many. The restrooms could use some attention and the place smells of stale beer. It's a college dive through and through.

Went here for my 21st birthday, and our food took over to come out. The waiter appeared to keep forgetting to put in our order. To make up for this, he then promised shooters on the house which I am almost completely positive did not have a single drop of alcohol in them. My friend and I then proceeded to finally pay for our meal whereupon we found that we were being overcharged by almost ten dollars and the receipt was not itemized. I asked for them to break down the charges and correct what they were charging us and the bartenders managing the cashiering were incredibly rude to us, one of which made a backhanded comment under his breath complaining about my request to see an itemized receipt saying that “they already gave us shooters” as though I should be satisfied with that (which by the way, we did not ask for). Service was absolutely terrible and the waiter seemed as though he was high with his incredibly forgetful and irrational attitude. Bartenders and cashiers were absolutely rude to say the least. All I wanted was a nice dinner on my birthday and to have my first legal drink on the corner and was provided with one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had near UVA. Never going back. Do not recommend eating or drinking here! Go anywhere else on the corner.
