DONT BOOK HERE--YOU MAY END UP EATING IN THE PUBLIC LOBBY SPACE NOT THE RESTAURANT!!!!!!! Food was room service quality. The photos online of Hillcock Neighborhood kitchen look so charming and the menu looked very southern and perfect for a ladies reunion lunch, but they did not seat us in the restaurant but in the VERY OUTDATED back hotel lobby by a fountain. Disclaimer: This review is for a very particular situation that may not be generally applicable. We had post-Thanksgiving Day brunch for a large family group at Hillock. The night before, we made 4 separate reservations to insure a place, and the Omni/Hillock Staff was then able to kindly put us in a private room for what turned out to be some 30 people (locals and hotel guests) with easy access to the breakfast buffet. I cannot praise Hillock Kitchen too highly. Every aspect couldn't have been more perfect. The food, ambiance, menu, help, cost added up to one of the best dining experiences ever. I hope to become a regular!
