Nice little spot. Being from DC, it's Chinese carryout on every corner, some good, some bad. This one was great if I'm ever riding through Charlottesville again, I will definitely stop.
Over the last 2 years that I have been here, the food has always been cheap and great, especially when ordering from the lunch menu. Fills me up so much, that I'll sometimes have leftovers for dinner. Broke college student ranking: 11/10
I was in the area and stopped in for lunch. Red Lantern is really a take out place, but you can order, sit down, and someone will bring you the food in a takeout container. It's probably not a place you'd take someone on a first date unless you wanted that date to end immediately. It's hard to evaluate the food because eating out of a cardboard clamshell box is not what a associate with a restaurant. There certainly was a large enough portion, but, call me spoiled,...
