Got there about two, it was not packed. This place has a good design. Food and atmosphere reminds me of Atlanta.

LOVE the Salad Maker, you can taste the love in the food. This is my new lunch spot. The first time I walked in, the owner gave me the warmest welcome and started making my (giant) salad. I ordered the Yogaville and it's delicious and all the ingredients are super fresh. Eat here, you won't regret it!

Absolutely delicious! Fresh, creative, wonderful flavor combinations. Every time I visit I leave happy. I've had salads, wraps, soup and desserts. My favorite was without a doubt the Spinach though! The only problem - not making this a daily ritual!

Got food poisoning here. Employees are very very loud. Expensive for salad. Not sanitary at all. Lots of sneezing coughing and touching food with bare hands. Not a surprise I got sick.

Got a grain bowl. Food was just ok, not worth the $10, smaller portions than Roots and definitely not the same quality. Server was not super friendly, made a point of mentioning they were closing soon even though 20 minutes left. Don't think I'll return.

I visited for the first time today. The menu looks great. I ordered soup and the server grabbed the croutons with her bare hands and added them to my soup. When I questioned this she responded that she had just washed her hands. That doesn't matter! She contaminated the container of croutons and my soup. Needless to say I won't be back as this is an indication of how they follow sanitary guidelines.
Was walking down to the downtown Mall to pick up lunch, so the banner for Salad Maker. Because we were planning a luncheon at work, we contacted the Manager , Allison. Told her what we needed . . . she suggested just what we should get to serve about 30 people. Told her what time as well. The staff was very friendly, we arrived the order was packed and ready to go . . . and our staff said the salad was delicious. We will definitely be ordering from them again!!!!

This is a fantastic and economical place to eat! Fresh ingredients, fantastic service, tons of healthy options, all food made right in front of you, and great portions to fill you up! I highly recommend visiting at least once a week! I chose to go, and it was super fast! I got the VA Beach salad (delish, and lots of big shrimp), broccoli and potato soup (yum on a cold day), and one taco (super tasty, just the right amount of spice and toppings.) Get in there now! You will not be disappointed!
