Timberwood Tap House

We were seated but never saw a wait person.

On my first time in many years, I visited Charlottesville and my, oh my, has it changed!!! My brother recommended that we meet at Timberwoods and what a wonderful suggestion that was!! We all had a late-ish lunch on the patio and were not disappointed. My burger was juicy and had everything on it that I ordered. My SIL got a Reuben and she said it was great. Brother got some french fries and enjoyed them. We had a very attentive server who stopped by periodically... actually just the right amount of attention for us.
I will go back to this place in future. Very good restaurant with lots of drink options.

Hit & miss with food

Great relaxing place to eat and enjoy.

Without a doubt what are the best new restaurants I have tried in a while..Gyro and fries are unbelievable..Quality fresh prepared food at a decent price.. Without a doubt this is a must try place if you're in the area...

Good spot, decent food (wings and salad was great) drinks were standard and service was decent.

A standard sports bar with plenty of TVs in the bar area. We ordered chicken wings which were bland, good beer though. Service was very attentive.

My husband and I had take out. I didn't like my food. It didn't look very appealing. 2 bites and I didn't eat anymore. My husband did like his food.

Hands down. Some of the best food. Fish tacos General Tso’s cauliflower and wild mushroom ravioli 10 out of 10 Definitely coming back to try more.

Friendly staff, indoors was really good looking. Fell short on the food. Food as it was 3/5. Would at least a 4.5 if it had seasoning!! The sauce with the flank steak was perfect. But the steak itself had no salt and pepper. Broccoli (subbed as I don't like asparagus) had no flavour. Was just steamed broccoli, that's it. Mash you could taste the butter in it and maybe a little...garlic? Could have been better. Actually would have been perfect as it was if the sauce on the steak was put on it! Wish I'd have known because I'd have asked for that!

Friend said the chicken was really good, but again, the chicken had no seasoning and the sauce could have had a little more to it too.

Wings were good! My preference is a little crispier but can't complain on those.

Great food. Great place! Great service, the atmospheres really nice.

Was passing through and thought we would give it a try and was glad we did. The filet I had was outstanding, and the wife's shrimp and pasta were very creamy and good.
