We had the pleasure of working with Hayley and her team at Twisted Provisions on October 18th for a wedding event. They did a great job not only communicating prior to the event day, but also showed up in a timely manner and worked together as a team to make the event successful. Their food was absolutely amazing and we heard compliments from many guests, including the bride who could not stop praising the chefs. Our personal favorites were the cajun crab dip and the clucker chicken biscuit. We saw them parked out at the Star Brewery in Crozet. Looked at the menu and switched our original dinner plans. Very large smash burgers and good fries! I recommend them. My wife and Son loved it as well!

Food was delicious!! I found them outside of my apartment complex. Every week I try the different food trucks, but this one is by far the best one and my favorite. We tried the pork belly sandwich, the smash burger, chili fries, and banana pudding. Everything was cooked to perfection. Canāt wait to try them again :)
I havenāt had a single thing I donāt like from this truck. The smothered spuds with the tots fried to golden perfection! The smashburger is amazing and the best in cville IMO.
