Ate here for dinner with the family. The food is terrific across the board. The Samosas are fresh and well made, the lamb curry was super tender and flavorful, and the Tikka Masala was a great balance of savory and rich goodness. The service staff was friendly, but on a Saturday night they were clearly short staffed with two people doing all serving and bussing with indoor and outdoor seating areas, which made the meal a bit slow. That said, it was worth the wait.
The food at Himalayan Fusion is without fail off the charts delicious. You can eat in their dining room which has a couple of great murals or you can pick it up to eat at home. (It may be available on delivery services as well. But I haven't looked for it there so I don't know). It feels like a family restaurant, so don't expect formal table service. It's very casual. I feel like this is a place that is overlooked for how great the fare is.

Went for the lunch buffet, the chicken tikka and the tandoori chicken were very good, as were the mushrooms. Not much variety with the buffet but the few items they did have were tasty!
