My husband and I are in NC and we're needing a birthday cake for my husband's brother birthday who is in Charlottesville and we called Vivi's and Billy was so amazing to work with. We told him what we were needing and need it delivered and he said he could absolutely do that. And he did. Billy also sent us pictures of the finished product and included a note and a confirmation of delivery. I'd say exceptional customer service at its finest isn't an understatement....

One of my favorite bakeries! I've ordered both cupcakes and now a custom cake from Vivi's, and every experience has been wonderful.

Billy helped create a beautiful cake for my coworker, who has significant dietary restrictions, and made the whole process so easy. He truly helped make her birthday extra special.

Billy and Vivi brought our wedding cake dreams to life! From the very beginning, our cake tasting was such a wonderful experience. We were presented with a variety of miniature cakes and frosting combinations, and every single one was incredible.
