Easy to order as most everything on the menu is vegetarian and easily made vegan. I had the banh mi and thoroughly enjoyed it - nice and fresh and tasty! Partner had the peanut noodles. We both enjoyed this stop in for lunch.

Amazing vegan food. The tofu banh mi at Vu Noodles is the best sandwich I’ve ever had. I’ve started ordering two every time I eat here because I just don’t want it to be over.

Actually perfect meals. Savory, delicious, flavorful, not too sweet or salty or heavy. If I could eat here everyday I would. It’s hard to not use hyperbole when describing this place. Rarely does a restaurant hit the nail on the head, but Vu Noodles does it every single time. (Also, as a migraine sufferer who gets triggered by weird things like chocolate and tomatoes, the fact that the menu is monosodium glutamate free is a god-send.)
