Great Food! Love the burgers and Fries.

I love Wayside, especially since they brought back breakfast! The staff is always friendly and the food is exactly as expected. In a town where local quick and authentic service/diner options (and good chicken options) are dwindling, I'm continuously thankful that Wayside is still around and still killing the chicken game.

We got there 15 minutes before they closed. The yound lady that took our order was amazing and the 2 guys cooking made great conversation with us. They all had us laughing. And the chicken was AMAZING

They are the nicest people in Cville. Very sweet and caring. Delicious country cooking. I will be back. Got the 3pc fried chicken w mashed potatoes and green beans and chicken tenders w same sides. Got a banana pudding to go and a piece of meringue pie!

I stopped by wayside chicken for the first time And I got to say the service was impeccable, a very gorgeous lady named Whitney to my order and helped me with the most popular items. I'll definitely be back. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

So thrilled to have found Wayside! We've been craving good fried chicken and this was 10/10. The young lady at the counter and the gentlemen in the back were great. We will cross the mountain for this place!

This place deserves zero star for absolutely everything! We came today at 5:15 before the UVA vs wake forest game , cashier lady was UNBELIEVABLY rude , yelling at us when we asked a question regarding the menu. Not only that they were being nasty with anyone who tried to order claiming they were able to close. Well this place is never seeing us again !!!!

Just moved to virginia a few weeks ago.And this is one of the best places i've ever had food here so far!!!!! You will not regret it.The chicken is so crispy and the mac and cheese is amazing.As well for such an affordable price, the whole thing is delicious.I'm ordering seconds right now😍

Bad customer service they don’t have any respect to customer

I'm sorry I haven't eaten here in a long time it used to be the best Chicken in town but yesterday the food was not fit to eat every party I would have I would get chicken and barbecue I'm sorry I won't be back

Hands down the Best Fried Chicken in Charlottesville and surrounding area. Prices are extremely reasonable and food tastes great! I haven’t had anything from there yet that wasn’t great.

Really excited that they added kids meals! Such a good deal - 7.50 for 2 tenders, fries, drink, applesauce packet and cookie.
Can't believe the old menu board is gone though!! They have new TV menus now
Everyone should know this by now but their fried chicken is awesome & desserts just like how Grandma used to make
