Mashumen offers a great selection of flavorful Ramen dishes. The spicy miso is a favorite and the ramen is the show stopper, as close as it gets in the states. It is a super easy and lovely go-to in Cville town, often with no wait. The restaurant is a great option for vegetarians, who are delighted by their vegetarian ramen with so many veggie toppings and extras. The portions are nice and big, and the ramen bowls are highly flavorable. The chicken karage is a popular appetizer. The restaurant has a basic atmosphere but offers attentive service. Keep in mind that on Tuesdays, they do not serve sushi.
