Approaching authentic Japanese food, I like that they don't add a lot of sugar to satisfy American palettes. Watch out for extra surcharge (4.5%!) for using your credit card. They expect you to read an essay about the charge (they call it a cash discount), so its not like I wasn't warned, but its not clear and honestly a bit deceptive. The price on the menu should be the maximum price you pay.
I was traveling south I64 and searched for a Ramen place near an exit in Charlottesville and with good reviews. This was absolutely the best Ramen I have ever had. The portion was huge and had enough left for 2 more meals when I got home. They had lots of options for extra toppings too. More than I've seen at other ramen restaurants. The hostess was very nice. The restaurant was nice and clean. When I go that way again, I will be stopping there for more Ramen. I had Tonkatsu...
The food was good for the most part. I was a little disappointed when I ordered my spring rolls that I don’t get the sauce as advertised and only received soy sauce. My friend enjoyed her food except for her appetizer. She said it had such an overwhelming seafood flavor, but everything else was good
