Been eating on and off at wing zone for the past 2 years. When I first went, it was under different management and the food quality and service was great! Overtime, the food quality has gotten so inconsistent. The food looks unappealing and the portions get smaller and smaller each time. The service is meh. I’m not likely to return. If you’re looking to spend $20+ on wings spend it somewhere else!!

Under new management mens under worse management. I showed up to pick up an online order and it was already supposed to be ready 10 before I even showed up. Then proceeded to wait for another 15 minutes for the order. When I started to get a little impatient I was met with the worst attitude ever. I was belittled in front of other patrons, and cursed at. The only way I see it being less of a family friendly place to eat is if there was sports and beer. Plenty of places that offer that for better prices

Just ordered off grubhub. The restaurant took items off my check without notifying me. I ordered chicken wings from wing zone and didn't even get the chicken wings. It was only comical because I wasn't charged. I ordered Chinese instead...who always gets it right. So sad for American business's and embarrassing to have piss poor customer service like this over and over again. I will never order from this example of how NOT to run a restaurant again.

First time ordering from this restaurant. The man treated my wife and I like garbage and wanted us to go somewhere else. He wasn't willing to take our phone order and was rude. It wouldn't hurt my feelings if this place went out of business.

My son ordered online when I arrived to pick up his order, nobody was present inside the restaurant neither in the kitchen or at the counter I heard beeping coming from the kitchen area then popped from behind me was a lady she startled me She went to the kitchen in a hurry when I told her I was picking up a order that was placed online to go it was 8 count lemon pepper wings and fries she proceeded and bagged everything up (let me add as she was on the phone the whole time )I just left thinking everything was fine When I arrived home which is 5 minutes away from wingzone my son was terribly disappointed in the appearance and taste of the wings he has ordered multiple times he said they were disgusting and he couldn’t eat them I called immediately to speak with a manager and she said she was the manager (April) DoorDash did refund my money I just want everyone to be aware of these overcooked burnt too much lemon pepper seasoning unattended wings looked like leaving the restaurant My son definitely won’t be ordering from this place anymore Thank you for making your job and the paying customer not feel important I hope you got to finish your phone call without any further disruption I have a picture of the wings but I’m not able to post it publicly on the website 11/16-22 3:05 pm order placed I picked up at 3:30pm and they still in the fryer when I walked in…pull your video footage Disgusted in Charlottesville , Shannon and Dyla-N ?
The chicken needs to be cooked longer I asked for extra crispy and got all 20 pieces soft had to come home and cook it more
Kid-friendliness: Kids do eat for Free on Sundays ☺️ but just make sure they cook the chicken

Excellent customer service and excellent food quality workers were very respectful and great explanation on questions and they saved me some money by offering me the game day special. Highly recommend coming here to eat
