The food was absolutely amazing it was definitely worth the wait... the service at the establishment was fantastic I got to speak with the general manager of the store while I waited and she was very respectful and friendly and made me feel comfortable while I waited... definitely would recommend the garlic parm it's amazing 10/10 When I first walked into the restaurant the atmosphere was amazing the staff get along amazing and the customers left licking their fingers definitely will be back

Been eating on and off at wing zone for the past 2 years. When I first went, it was under different management and the food quality and service was great! Overtime, the food quality has gotten so inconsistent. The food looks unappealing and the portions get smaller and smaller each time. The service is meh. I’m not likely to return. If you’re looking to spend $20+ on wings spend it somewhere else!!

Oh I so wanted to love this place. Super nice people running it...Wings over cooked, no flavor , dressings were bad we had ranch and blue cheese, out of lemon pepper dry rub , very few drink selection and pricey. The fries were good.

Under new management mens under worse management. I showed up to pick up an online order and it was already supposed to be ready 10 before I even showed up. Then proceeded to wait for another 15 minutes for the order. When I started to get a little impatient I was met with the worst attitude ever. I was belittled in front of other patrons, and cursed at. The only way I see it being less of a family friendly place to eat is if there was sports and beer. Plenty of places that offer that for better prices

Called in to place an order at around 7:44pm and they said we had come in to place the order and hung up the phone. So we showed up at 8:03pm to place an order and they said they were closed while they were making the food for other customers and even though the hours on Google state they don't close until 9. Normally love the food but maybe let customers know that you're closing soon if they call over the phone or update the hours online so customers don't waste gas to order when they tell us to come in.

Just ordered off grubhub. The restaurant took items off my check without notifying me. I ordered chicken wings from wing zone and didn't even get the chicken wings. It was only comical because I wasn't charged. I ordered Chinese instead...who always gets it right. So sad for American business's and embarrassing to have piss poor customer service like this over and over again. I will never order from this example of how NOT to run a restaurant again.

The guys at Wing Zone are so friendly welcoming(Keem &Josh) The food is always hot,fresh and exactly how you order it, the restaurant is always clean. I asked to sample the sauce beforehand and it was no problem to do so. I will be going back just because of the drive
Ordered the simplest order and they still somehow messed it up. Paid extra for ranch, got no ranch. I'll let it pass. What I won't let pass is the horrendous pieces of meat that they want to pass off as "wings". If you want disgusting mystery meat, go ahead and try this place.

I was extremely disappointed with WingZone. I placed an online order around 7:45 pm on a Sunday. The confirmation said that I could expect everything to be ready around 8:05. I arrived at the store a few minutes early and expected to wait to get my order. I did not expect to wait for 30 minutes for my order. I had been in the store for 10-15 minutes when I was told that they did have any tenders and asked if I would be ok with wings instead. I said yes and waited for those to be cooked. The staff was nice enough but they were clearly understaffed for the traffic that was going through the store. Secondly, the cheese fries had about a teaspoon of cheese on a regular (small?) order of fries. The sauce on the wings (honey Q?) tasted like a bottle of knockoff grocery store brand barbeque sauce that one finds in the back of the refrigerator that has been there for months. Finally, the price just does not match the quality of the food. I don't mind paying a premium for good food but I feel like I paid far too much for the quality that I got .
