My husband and I always enjoy dining at Zocalo. The food is phenomenal - we recently stopped by for something sweet during Sunday brunch, and the torrija (french toast) and crema catalana were exceptional. They had lovely, balanced flavors paired with strawberries - perfect for the season. Will and his team are kind, professional, and welcoming!
This was a 5 course wine-pairing dinner. I've been to many dinners of this type in the past and I can't think of any that had more carefully prepared food. The chef paid as much attention to the sauces and sides as he did each course's main focus. Every bite was delicious!! The wines paired with each course were appropriate and interesting and provided by Rio Hill Wine & Beer. Overall, this was a delightful experience.
I’ve always really enjoyed Zocolo’s dinners. The chili rellano and their cocktails are amazing! I decided to try brunch last weekend and wow was it delicious! The Oaxacan omelette was super delicious and the brunch cocktails were fun too. I’ll definitely be back soon.
