Stopped here on the way to visit Wright Brothers Memorial. What good luck to have found this unassuming gem of a restaurant. We ordered vegetarian breakfast selections which were unique and delicious. The staff was personable and accommodating. We’ll come back when we’re in the area.

Stopped to pick up breakfast on our road trip — best homemade yogurt and granola we’ve ever had, incredible muffins (that happen to be gluten free!) and owners/staff was amazing. Will be ordering food to pick up on our next drive down to OBX and keep in the freezer/house for the week — they’ll cater to any dietary needs and it’s a great place to order easy meals ahead or stop for a meal!

I stopped in for the first time for something quick to go because I had a hair appointment a couple of doors down. I got the shepherd's pie. This awesome lady heated it and brought it down to me. It was absolutely delicious! Worth every penny!

Meg is amazing. She is so accommodating and the food is amazing. You can taste the love in everything she makes. They also have drop spots in VA beach and in the Norfolk/Suffolk area so if you feel like it might be too far, there is a solution! Try this place, you won't regret it.

Delicious salads and soups. Great healthy choices! The gluten free muffins are fantastic. I’m amazed at how fresh everything is and how long it stays fresh. I place an order weekly for salads to take for lunches at work and most of the time I get 2 meals out of one salad! Very generous portions. Huge time saver and a great way to get whole foods and veggies in daily. I’m a big fan!

She is engrained in the community and handled every facet of this locally owned, locally operated establishment. The food is excellent but Meg is extra boost in your day and just makes you feel good about your decision to outsource weekly meal prep or even just a lunch/dinner here and there. I am not sure if she consciously made this decision when starting out but I think every time I have been in there she has personally greeted, interacted with or thanked every since customer in some way.
