I stopped in for the first time for something quick to go because I had a hair appointment a couple of doors down. I got the shepherd's pie. This awesome lady heated it and brought it down to me. It was absolutely delicious! Worth every penny!
It’s really hard to find places like this. It’s refreshing to enjoy a paleo / healthy breakfast on the go, that is delicious and good for you. They have a menu for eat in and take out, as well as a stocked grab and go refrigerator and meal prep option. The owners kindness and attentiveness feels one of a kind. Truly so nice.Dietary restrictions: It’s hard to find paleo, macro , keto, whole 30 options in Chesapeake. They got it all.
