Food was not cooked as asked for burger to be cooked, soup was cold, Mac n cheese was cold my chid wouldn’t even eat. We waited almost half dinner for use to get our shots our waiter was to busy singing karaoke and sitting on his phone never refilled drinks, food tasted as salt shaker was dropped on the plate. Then best part was when pay the bill the waiter decided to take the money and never brought my change back to the table! He assumed the left over change was his even after his poor service. You honestly thought u was worth $15 tip hell no maybe $2

Chips were burnt same thing with my chicken on my pasta and my best friend burger.

Had a nice lunch with my daughter and grandchildren. Great atmosphere, excellent service, good food 🍽 and professional staff! 👏

Very few customers, then the four of us. Great greeter well trained, told us about the restroom location, and a special on a drink. Waitress was pleasant and accommodating. Very few other customers came in while we were there

Just go to bubbas Nextdoor trust me no one working wants to be nor cares about acting like they even care about faking it. Long waits with no service and when they do walk by they try to avoid customers

I recently went for an early dinner with girlfriends at 4:30. We had Oriental Chicken Salads and one of us had the Chicken Parmesan Fettuccini. All were part of the 2 for $25 with an appetizer deal (we had onion rings and mozzarella sticks that were wonderful). Each of our entrees was very good, our waiter Rod was excellent (!) and the atmosphere was quiet enough that we could actually visit. It was obvious to all of us that this Applebee's has upped their game, with the additional competition of Bubba's and Longhorn Steakhouse next door. We will definitely return.

Very bad experience today after 20 mins npwaitress so the host came to take our drink orders waitress finally came to take orders for our food the waitress had on a belly shirt as well not my preference but not appropriate to me for work food finally came after a very long wait food was horrible the bourbon chicken shrimp mashed potatoes, chicken tenders, classic combo terrible ! No taste nothing never going back to this location

Trying to have a family dinner since the commercials are on all day long about ALL U CAN EAT ...in front of us party of 3 waiting , left & said let's go to BUBBAS...., Manager said it will be 15 minutes to be seated to the party of 2 ,that were next. So we left as well.
Walked in CHILI'S sat down ordered and waiting on our food now.
Applebee's YOU HAVE TO DO BETTER TOO MUCH COMPETITION AROUND YOU.
it's never my 1st choice but I thought we would try. NEVER AGAIN!!

We were a party of 6 on a Friday afternoon. This location was empty. The server was courteous and on top of things. I would say the food was ok, nothing to write home about. The Mich Ultra on tap was flat had to switch to bottled beer. It was quiet and plenty of parking. Enjoy!

Don't fall for the all you can eat special! The shrimp & chicken tenders are awful!🙅🏾🚫 They are both pre cooked & cooked. They were both so bad that I didn't even try the riblets. I've had better frozen food from the grocery store. This ain't worth the gas it takes to get there. 😒

Order my food hot sizzling steak and the waitress asked me if I can eat with plastic, I look at her and said you expect me to eat hot steak with dam plastic. Had to wait for 10 minutes until they bring me silver ware by then asked for take out box dam shame ‘

we saw server in distress while manager with glasses sat down and standing; watching the servers with much to none assistance. As a restaurant manager that I am, If I see my servers flustered the best thing to step-in!
