This location needs to hire more staff and better cooks. If I walk in and see EVERY TABLE available and the host says 10 to 15min wait that’s pathetic. Y’all not that busy with long horn and bubbas beside y’all. Then when the food gets to the table after waiting over 25mins it looks piss poor. Do better!

First time trying this location, Not worth it, not busy or crowded, after 15 mins my wife flagged someone to ask about our waitress which she was just standing talking to a coworker the entire time. Our order took 40 to 45 mins, still not busy or crowed, and they forgot an item we ordered. Only one item we ordered was ok the other items we not good at all, under cooked and no taste. Will not take another chance.....

On Saturday February 22nd, 2025, @1237pm, I placed a birthday order for curbside pickup at 620pm. I arrived curbside at 615pm and called to checkin. It took 3 phone calls to get someone to pickup the phone. The person on the phone stated they were running 10 minutes behind, but that my order would definitely be brought out shortly.
At 650 pm, I went inside to find out where my food was, as, an email to "rate your service" had been sent to my phone. Upon inquiry (after standing for several minutes without greeting), a young lady with her hair in a bun, told me there was no such order. I showed her my email confirmation. She stated she would be right back. She went to the kitchen and came back with a to go bag, and stated something about "the note was wrong", and handed me the bag. I thanked her and exited the building. I received ZERO salutation or apology.
Upon arriving home, the appetizer quesadilla was a TOTAL JOKE. The usual 6-8pc quesadilla was one half of a tiny handsized tortilla, and somehow the outside was barely browned, but the inside was burned american cheese that was like plastic, making the item INEDIBLE.
The Southwestern rice bowl was edible only AFTER we picked out the dark brown lettuce pieces. I completed the survey in the email I received, and Applebee's replied back with a $10 coupon for use on a future $40 purchase..........um, WHAAAAT???

Not sure what has happened but the food quality has declined tremendously. The burger was dry, steak was tough & dry. Spinach dip was watery on top bc it had not been cooked thru the middle was still a bit frozen. Drinks were on point. S/o to the bartender & my waiter both provided excellent service.

We arrived at 11:05, when the restaurant opens at 11am. Pull on one door and it is locked. Woman inside washing windows just stares blankly at us. So we tried the other door and it's looked too. We stand for a moment to double check the time and a young girl opens the door. Says nothing. We step inside and neither person says anything. No one greets us or asks how many people. We felt so unwelcome and the attitude was not at all what you'd expect from a hostess. We decided to go elsewhere and told another customer on our way out to beware.

Went there. After church . Maybe 2 or 3 cars in parking lot. Couple in front of us had to go find some one to even be seated. It looked like the cook came out from the back. He came up front told us it would be 20 more mins. They had a party of 8 they had to finish cooking for and another table of 4. That was it. No other customers in there. He said they were short on help and only had one cook. He was very nice I felt bad for him. So we left went some where else. Won't be going back. Also the bar stoops were still sitting on the bar. It looked like they were closing.

The quesadillas are so tiny they were just flat out funny. Also, extremely greasy. Still gave three stars because I didn’t have high expectations to begin with for this location.

I'm unsure how or why this location is still open. The only delightful person to see there is Lindsey. Everyone walks past you, and they don't speak they don't help you. Nothing. Not only that, but the food service speed is subpar for no one to be ever in there, and everything takes so long as if it's a full restaurant. Judt for the food to be just ok. I live close to this location I would rather drive further away than to dine in or place an order here.

I don't know if they were short staff. But I came in to order just a chicken sandwich combo. I can honestly say that the food is always good. But the fact that I had to wait for a whole hour to get my food was insane.

Dining room clothes 45 minutes prior to closing
We had already walked out of two restaurants because the wait was so long and my husband is diabetic. His sugar was dropping. We needed to get him something to eat.
We went into Applebee's and just knew with there only being 4 tables busy that we would get food quickly. NOPE.
We set for 10 minutes before anyone came and got our drink order. We said we wanted to start out with an appetizer. 10 minutes later our drinks finally came out. Our salads came out another 15 minutes later. We had to remind them of the appetizer. It came after the salads. Another 20 minutes goes by and finally our food came out.
Let's just say the food is mediocre. The pics on the menu look better. Two other tables complained about the long wait too.
Now let's talk about the atmosphere. This place needs to close for at least a week to DEEP CLEAN. When I look up on the ceiling and vents and there is dust so thick that it is dangling, that's too much dust. I mean COATED. The windows were so dirty and grimey that you could hardly see out. The tables felt sticky. The booths were heavily stained. The bathrooms and floors were barely clean. How do they pass inspection?
For there to be so many servers, the food should not have taken so long. I don't think anyone was assigned to any designated area. Everybody was every where. Mostly conjugating in the kitchen. Alot of yelling.
If you bump up the taste and presentation of the entrees, train everyone to designated areas and responsibilities, DEEP CLEAN, remodel a little, you might be able to save this place. The only plus was our server was nice. She had a positive attitude. However, she did charge us twice for the appetizer that came out late. We told her she could adjust our ticket and make that her tip. We were ready to get out of there.

Love this location, great food,good value, friendly staff BUT this location need love. What I mean is this location is getting old and it's show but I still come for food
