My husband and I just came thru the drive thru we had coupons for our meals the guy to my sliders one off they were 3 for $5 I then told the guy we had two other coupons for a $1 curly fry and my husband's meal. The guy said we couldn't use the other coupons because he hit the subtotal which is bs cause I use to be a manager of a restaurant. Why send out coupons if we can't use them. Stopped at Arby’s to grab sandwiches for the kids & WOW I was blown away by Ms. Christine and Mr. Hollis!!! Amazing customer experience!! They were both attentive and so kind!!

We ordered via the drive through. Fries were cold. The classic roast beef and chicken sandwiches were tasty enough. Bur we were asked to pull forward when no one was behind us. I thought it was because they were making fresh food, but it was all Luke warm temperature... except the fries, those were cold. The person at the register was nice though. I didn't rate atmosphere since we didn't go in at all.
