The worst customer service ever!! The rude clerk could careless about how she treated us not to mention after purchasing 2 cups of cinnamon bites & 1 cinnamon pretzel and realizing they were completely hard & it was like biting into a stone!!! Best Auntie Anne's I have ever been to. Store looks clean, pretzels are always good and the workers are always nice.

I would give it less than one star. I was standing in line waiting to order when a family stepped up to the glass case. The girl behind the counter jumped up to help them ignoring me. I'm pretty sure it was because I was white and they were black. WTF. If you hire employees with this attitude, I will never be back at any of your stores. Just be glad I'm not posting this all over social media. Get you act together!!!
