I was visiting the Greenbrier area, craving seafood and I must say Black Pelican Seafood was an excellent restaurant. The atmosphere, Tye our server was outstanding and the Groovy Grouper was delicious. I will definitely go back the next time I'm in Virginia.
We were able to be seated quickly. It was a clean environment. Our waiter was very attentive, but not overly attentive. The food was fresh and hot. Everything tasted good. Ample parking.
