I haven't been to BM in awhile. Is this store about to close? Many items on their menu were no longer available. Their drive through sign hasn't been updated, they just covered up the items with a white sign saying the item isn't available. They used to have baked chicken that was tasty, crispy skin and good size pieces. I got NONE of that today. I ordered a 3-piece baked chicken meal. I got 1 SMALL leg and two thighs all three dried out as if they had been sitting for two hours...read full review
It was my first time, I went to BM. I didn't know about the menu. A worker explains me about most menu. She did very nice customer service. But about half of foods were out of service.

THIS location in the Greenbrier area of Chesapeake NEVER disappoints! My favorites (creamed spinach and the sweet potatoes) are ALWAYS good so much so that I order 2-3 of each! The chicken is flavorful and juicy and is always delicious! Out of the two I've been to in the area (Norfolk being the other), I would rather drive to get to Greenbrier and be satisfied than have to take dry chicken back TWICE before I can even leave the parking lot!
